Every Wednesday - 1900 hrs

If you cannot make your scheduled date, please inform the Alternate NCS ahead of time if possible. The Primary should make his presence known on net day by giving the five minute advisory that the net is about to start. Otherwise the Alternate should step in and handle the net. If no Primary or Alternate shows up, any NCS present should take control.
